The result is a cannabis plant with very intense and complex organoleptic nuances that many describe as "lemon-scented floor-cleaner with BBQ ashes", and with an extremely potent high caused by her almost 25 % THC content.

Morphology
Despite there being many theories regarding the meaning of the acronym OG, the most widespread explanation is that they refer to the words “Ocean Grown”, that is to say, grown next to the ocean. Be that as it may, OG Kush is an extraordinarily easy-to-grow Indica-like marijuana hybrid that turns into a mid-sized plant in a remarkably short time. Her being so bushy and branchy makes it necessary to do some pruning if we want to boost her yield. She can also be used as a mother plant from which to obtain lots of cuttings.
Yield
OG Kush produces a bunch of dense, thick, resinous and lime-green-coloured buds all over her numerous branches. In fact, this heavy-producer can provide up to 550 g/m2 indoors and some 1100 g/plant outdoors.
Aromas and flavours
One of the reasons why OG Kush is the talk of the town is because of her amazing taste. We could sum it up by saying it’s an explosive mix of hints of diesel, berries and citrus, but we think the words of our collaborator Green Born Identity are far more illustrative. In his grow report, he said that “her fantastic nuggets smell that much like gasoline that one could almost believe that, filled into a car’s tank, OG Kush extraction oil would act as a kind of rocket fuel. However, that citrus subnote is still present as well, making this odour a spectacular overpowering aroma blend that brings tears to my eyes”.
Effects
OG Kush provides an incredibly potent buzz, with 24 % THC content and 0.23 % CBD, according to our Lab tests. Her effect is very intense, like a super euphoric physical and cerebral punch. Some describe it like an invigorating 'high' while others think it’s rather narcotic, but they all agree on it being as strong as it's debilitating.
Cultivation
OG Kush is vigorous, resistant and very easy to grow. Her bushy structure makes her a great choice for growing indoors when there isn’t much space available. We strongly recommend using SOG in that case. Outdoors, OG Kush thrives in Mediterranean-like warm climates or under the protection of the greenhouse. In perfect growing conditions, she could easily reach heights of 3 m and yields of 1100 g/plant. OG Kush is also very interesting due to her short flowering cycle, lasting no more than 55 days.
