Because she's indeed one of the best Indica strains ever to be created. Deriving from a '97 elite clone, our White Widow is a marvellous and vigorous fast-flowering plant with high THC levels, an amazing resin count and a delicious bittersweet scent. And, all this, together with the fact that there's no other strain as relaxing as White Widow.

Morphology

White Widow turns into a thick and vigorous Indica-shaped marijuana plant that could reach heights of 2.5 m if grown outdoors. As for her looks, her leaves are small, dark and shiny, with a variety of green tones. She’s got also some wide leaflets with a sharp point.

Yield

White Widow is a heavy producer of large, heavy and solid nuggets. Another of her great qualities is her extraordinary ability to produce resin. During the flowering, her buds are covered with a thick layer of resinous trichomes that, at their peak, give the plant an almost white appearance. Hence her name, White Widow.

Aromas and flavours

While White Widow gives off a fresh and floral aroma, her taste is richer, mixing bittersweet hints with very pleasant floral and fruity undertones.

Effects

White Widow is also world-famous due to her amazingly relaxing and therapeutic properties. The physically powerful 'high' she delivers helps you to relax deeply and get into a long-lasting state of calmness. Perfect to fight insomnia, anxiety or stress problems.

Cultivation

White Widow is perfect for both indoors and outdoors. She’s actually one of the easiest plants to cultivate of our catalogue. Monitoring her behavior when in contact with moisture by watering moderately will be enough for her to show us her full potential. If you’re growing outdoors, remember that she thrives in dry, temperate and Mediterranean climates because she needs lots of light. However, this doesn’t mean she can’t be cultivated in colder climates such as in France, the UK or the Netherlands. But watch out for moisture-related problems, particularly during the last weeks prior to harvest.

Thanks to her small body, White Widow is especially suited to indoor growing. In a square meter, 6-9 plants of White Widow can fit perfectly, so the final result will be really abundant. Keeping an average temperature of 20-22 ºC would be the best, but at least make sure it doesn’t exceed 28ºC.
