Bubble Gum - légendaire pour sa douce odeur et son effet euphorique

De taille moyenne, généralement sans trop de branches, cette plante produit des têtes compactes, couvertes de cristaux.
A l’origine, la BUBBLEGUM fut développée par des cultivateurs en Indianna, USA.
A partir de ce moment la génétique de cette plante voyagea en Nouvel Angleterre, pour arriver en fin de compte en Hollande. Cela a pris plusieurs générations avant d’arriver à produire une variété stable à la douce odeur (très proche d’un vrai goût de 'chewing-gum') et à l’effet euphorique; caractéristiques typiques de cette variété.

C’est la seule variété croisée avec elle-même sur plusieurs générations dans un but de stabilité, par Serious Seeds (=ce n ‘est pas un F1).
La BUBBLEGUM a remporté 2 prix à la 'High Time Cannabis Cup' en 1994; un second prix en 1995 et à nouveau un second prix en 1999.

Rendement en intérieure: 300 à 450 gr/m2.
Date de récolte en extérieure ou en serre: entre le 15 et le 31 octobre.

 

Legendary for its bubblegum sweet smell and euphoric high. Bubble Gum grows into a medium tall plant, usually not too branchy (sometimes tall) and produces compact, crystal covered buds. Plants grown from seeds are very similar to one another. Originally the Bubblegum strain was developed by growers in Indiana, USA. Later those original genetics came to the Netherlands and were given to two different seed companies.

Each created their own ‘original Bubble Gum’ from that genetic material. The Serious Seeds Bubble Gum is more sativa like in looks and effect, a sturdy and strong plant, with the characteristic, sweet smell (truly resembling a typical bubble gum taste) and euphoric high; the original trademarks of this famous strain. The only inbred strain (not a F1 hybrid) on the Serious menu. Bubble Gum has won 11 awards in High Times Cannabis Cups and similar festivals. In 2004 and 2005 it won 5 local and national Cups in Spain alone! In 2006 the Bubble Gum received its best award; it was named ‘Plant of the year’ by magazine ‘Soft Secrets’, because many Spanish growers won in local competitions in that year with the same plant: Bubble Gum.

In September 2016 the feminized seeds of Bubble Gum have won the third place in the category Sativa at the Expogrow-Cup 2016 in Irun, Spain. The legendary sweet strawberry flavor of this variety is well pronounced in plants grown from feminized seeds! The Bubble Gum is the motherplant of the legendary Strawberry-Banana produced by Crockett Family Farms.
